installation and use

1. Preparation

a. place the impermeable instrument on a flat and solid indoor foundation,

b. close the water discharge and pressure relief valve located at the lower right of the box

c. open 6 control valves

d. for the first time, inject water into the box, open the control valve, start the power supply, until the water in the 6 mold bases overflows, so as to exhaust the air in the system

e, close the control valve of the concrete impermeability meter

2, specimen production and installation

a, specimen forming and curing, according to the material ratio required by the design, use the forming die (also known as the auxiliary die) to make and shape, and then carry out curing according to the specifications of the Ministry or international standards

b. Dry the surface of the cured specimen, and then apply melted sealing materials (fire paint or sealing wax) on its side. Pay attention to the two sides of the specimen, and it is strictly prohibited to apply sealing materials

c. Heat the test mold to 40 ℃, and then put the test piece coated with sealing material into the mold cavity. Then press the test piece into the test mold on the press (screw press or borrow the laboratory pressure testing machine) and cool it to room temperature. It is best to use the HT-200 multi-functional demoulding machine produced by our factory, which can not only load, demould, but also split the test piece to observe the depth of water penetration

d. install the test mold with the test piece pressed on the workbench of the impermeability instrument, and tighten the screw cap evenly

3. Turn on the power supply and two red signal lights, adjust the upper limit pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge to 0.1MPa, and the lower limit pointer can be close to it but can not be contacted at the same time (about 0.05Mpa less than the upper limit pointer), and then press the green button to start the power supply. At this time, the water pump starts to work, and the pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge rotates clockwise with the rise of water pressure, Pay attention to whether the pressure rise is normal and whether the system has water leakage. If there is any abnormality, it should be eliminated before entering the test
