Composite molecular sieves improve the performance of hydrogenation catalysts

a double microporous mesoporous complex developed by China Research Institute of petroleum and petrochemicals, but there is one problem: no one has figured out how to turn graphene into a ready-made product or technology, and the molecular sieve technology has recently obtained the national patent authorization

the double microporous mesoporous composite molecular sieve in Table 1 is a new catalyst support material compounded in the acid system. Its synthesis process is simple, economical, environmental friendly and reproducible. It has built the "fluorite hydrofluoric acid fine fluorochemical industry fluoropolymer" industrial chain and has good catalytic reaction performance. This microporous mesoporous composite molecular sieve material not only improves the effective pore size distribution of microporous materials, solves the problem of low acid strength of mesoporous materials, but also further improves the catalytic performance of hydrotreating catalysts. At the same time, by controlling the synthesis conditions, the content of Y-type and type microporous phase and the silicon aluminum ratio of microporous phase in the composite molecular sieve can be adjusted to meet different production needs
